      • The request must be made within 30 days of the original donation and no later than 30 June of the financial year in which the donation was made.
      • The donation must have been made in error (e.g., an incorrect amount or accidental duplicate donation).
      • You may be asked to provide evidence of the error to support your request.

      Refunds will only be issued if the funds have not been allocated or used in any program. To request a refund, please contact us using the details provided in the “Contact Us” section of the HRF website. HRF reserves the right to decline refund requests if the conditions are not met.

      These General Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By using our website and services, you agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
