Ambassador

Hey, I’m Ben, I’m from rural NSW, and I’ve been a mental health advocate for the last few years now. One of the hardest things for people is sharing the load when things get tough, but it is just so important. As a high school student, I struggled with my mental health, and know some of the difficulties that come with that. I am now a university student, healthy, happy and doing something I care about. Through sharing my story with others and opening up discussions about mental health, I realise how many others struggle and are looking for guidance, and it’s not always the people you expect. I am an ambassador for the YourCrew app, a platform for people to share the load when things get tough, and I am glad to represent them.
